"Caleb, what are you thankful for?" "Dog!"
Last year I slept through Thanksgiving dinner, but this year I was wide awake.
First pumpkin pie: gave Caleb a bite...he smacked his lips looked at me and exclaimed "Mmmm!"
Thanksgiving dinner: Colored with crayons and ate bread while waiting for his food. Once it came, he stuffed himself with turkey, potatoes, stuffing, green beans and, best of all, cranberry sauce! He got a little food-drunk afterward and was so full, he needed to take his pants off (not really, but close).
We have a lot to be thankful for this year-Luke's great new job (meaning free admin to Disney, no commute, lots of kid-friendly stuff), Caleb's new school which came with fantastic teachers and good friends, a goofy little boy who is so ridiculously fun (and exhausting) and a wonderful family to share it with. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving, also.

Charlie
When I was little, I had Boagie, my very own dog that our family friend, Joan, made me. I used to walk Boagie around my room on his "leash" (my mom's old belt). Now, thanks to Joan, Caleb has Charlie!

California Academy of Sciences - Aquarium
Whew. Luke had the day off so we all went to the new California Academy of Sciences. The building is fancy-schmancy, the exhibit design is A-MAZ-ING and we all had a wonderful (exhausting) time. Apparently, Caleb likes fish as much as his mom and dad.
