Smiles

Caleb is now showing himself to be quite a happy baby-smiling and laughing and cooing. More and more the time that he is awake he spends stretching his arms, kicking his legs and chattering to himself.

Oh. My. Goodness.

We had a little bet going as to how much Caleb was going to weigh in:

Luke- 9lbs 8
Erin- 10lbs 6
Lila- 12lbs

And the results are in!

13lbs !!!



We have one BIG healthy baby who was deemed strong and healthy at his 2 month check up. It seems as though Caleb is following in the footsteps of his dad and uncles who, according to Darlene, all started little (Zach was called "Scrawny") and grew quickly.

Mom says:
After we got all of our stuff moved into our new house (not even close to organized) my parents had to go back to Seattle. Luckily, Darlene was able to come down for a few days and get us on the road to be settled in. This week, however, its just me and the babe (with help from Luke's cousin, Emily) as Luke is back to work. As you can see by the progression of photos, he's growing a lot, which means he's eating a lot...which means mom and dad aren't sleeping a lot...
